The My Real Estate Tool was developed for real estate professionals to give them fully integrated websites that they could maintain without knowing anything about web design or paying a fortune for someone else to update their listings constantly.

The difference between it and other systems is that it allows you, the agent to feature your listings on the site, rather than everyone's (which doesn't mean we won't link to IDX for you...we're more than happy to have that there as well).

The sections of the form-based tool are constantly being updated and upgraded, at no extra charge to the real estate professionals who are members of this service.

The tool currently contains these sections:

  • Subdivision & Area Manager: Which allows you to categories locations for your properties. This section also gives you the opportunity to give each area unique keywords to aid in search engine optimization, photos and videos for each area, links to important websites relating to the area, a description of the area.
  • Listings Manager: Allows you to fully maintain your listings, including classifying them into categories (house, condo, etc), prices, price reductions, open houses, photos, virtual tours, and much, much more.
  • Vacant Lot Manager: The same as the listings manager, but this tool focuses on information important to the vacant lot property.
  • SOI Manager: The sphere-of-influence manager is a contact management and mailing list system. This section allows you to have a "Join our mailing list" section on your website which feeds into your database (categorizing them as "mailing list"). It also lets you add your own contacts and categorize them properly, for example as a "prospective buyer" or "relative." You can edit, delete, and maintain these contacts with ease. From there, you can select sections, individuals, a bunch of individuals, and such from your mailing list and send them a single emailed message with one click...or download their information to an excel spreadsheet...or even change all of their categories at once.
  • Testimonials Manager: Have kudos on your website with your satisfied clients...and you can just cut and paste the information into the correct form field.
  • Network Manager: Do you belong to a networking group (such as BNI) or have partner links you'd like on your site? This allows you to not only have their name and link, but their full contact information and description of their business. You generate more leads for them, and they'll get more for you!
  • Administration: Have an assistant? Give them their own username/password to add properties to your site. This way, should they leave their company, you keep your information safe. This tool also grants you the ability to view the site without closing the management tool and to log out of the tool to keep your site secure.
