The Broker does well with MyRealEstateTool. As with the agent package, the broker package is a subscription service combined with websites. To qualify for the Broker Package, the brokerage must have 5 or more agents wishing to sign up.

What you get for the price includes:

  • Each agent receives a fully integrated website with their colors, your logo, and a clean and professional look. The layout used in the Demo is merely a sample of the looks available. Their sites each have their own information, nothing from the other agents in the brokerage. This allows them to have their own personal listings and areas focused on.
  • A fully integrated Broker's Site with your colors, your logo, and a clean and professional look. The broker's site is unique because all the listings and area information the participating agents enter in to their sites automatically fills the broker's site, so the agents don't have to enter the information twice.
  • Web Hosting. You will not have to pay another service to host your domain.
  • A fully comprehensive, very easy to use tool that allows you to have total control over your listings...thus making your entire site yours to control. For those agents not participating, you will be able to use this tool to add their properties.
  • Customizable Tool Sections. Don't need the "Networking" section? No problem! We can remove it. Need more amenities in the listing? Let us know, we'll add them on.
  • Personal customer service. We want to help you show your listings to your best advantage. We are always just a phone call or email away.
  • Optimization and Tracking. We will automatically set you up with quality keywords and descriptions for your main site via the use of Google Optimizer...you can add your own keywords for the Subdivision pages. We will also get you set up with Google Analytics, so you can fully track your site's use and success!
  • Don't have a domain name yet? No problem! For an additional $10 dollars a year*, we will register your domain name for you via GoDaddy. This is their cost...we make no profit from it! *If they raise their prices, this charge will increase accordingly.
